The 2015 ASA election opens March 13 and runs until May 1. To be sure members receive email information about the election, we recommend members take the following steps prior to March 13:

• Make sure you have a valid email address on file with the ASA. Members with a valid email address will receive an email from Votenet containing a URL that will take them directly to their ballot to vote. Members who do not have a valid email address on file will receive a postcard with instructions for casting their vote. You may update your membership record by logging into Members Only or calling customer service at (888) 231-3473.
• We also urge you to whitelist the email address of the ASA’s election vendor to ensure you receive the election correspondence during the election term.
