Gudmund Ragnvaldsson Iversen, a well-loved husband, father, grandfather, and professor emeritus at Swarthmore College, passed away peacefully on May 2 in Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Martin Abba Tanner passed away peacefully in Evanston on January 2, after 20 years of fighting cancer. He is survived by his wife, Anat, and his son, Noam.
Proposals Wanted for Joint Bayesian Statistics Event
Organized by the Brazilian Chapter of the International Society of Bayesian Analysis, the 7th Latin American Meeting on Bayesian Statistics will be held at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, December 2–6. This is a joint event with the 17th Brazilian Meeting on Bayesian Statistics.

ISBA Accepting Submissions for Savage Award
