The Survey Research Methods Section had a successful virtual business meeting during JSM on August 5, when they discussed future plans and congratulated the five SRMS members who are among the newest ASA Fellows—Rebecca R. Andridge, Laura Lee Johnson, Rochelle W. Martinez, Matthias Schonlau, and Zhengyuan Zhu—as well as the Washington Statistical Society Student Travel Award winner, Aaron Williams of Georgetown.

As stated in the charter for the Survey Research Methods Section, the annual business meeting shall be held in connection with the annual meeting of the American Statistical Association. The business meeting is open to all section members and will be held August 7 at 6 p.m. in the convention center, Room CC-516c.
