In honor of Women’s History Month, we are once again celebrating more than 20 ASA women who work in statistics and data science. We have also included some trailblazers. These accomplished women were chosen because they inspired and influenced other women in their field. Conference Honors Ghosh’s 70th Birthday
A conference in honor of Malay Ghosh, titled “Frontiers of Hierarchical Modeling in Observational Studies, Complex Surveys, and Big Data,” was hosted by the Joint Program in Survey Methodology, University of Maryland at College Park, May 29–31 at the College Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
