The ASA’s director of science policy, Steve Pierson, discusses how ASA members can help promote the STAT Act of 2010, a bill promoting K–12 statistics education. Introduced to Congress by Rep. David Loebsack of Iowa, the bill is part of the ASA’s efforts to promote statistical literacy nationally.
