The ASA’s Boston University Student Chapter had a rock-climbing social. From left: Kristin Baltrusaitis, Heather Shappell, Clementine Mottet, Kendra Plourde, Ellie Gurary, Crystal Qin, Scarlett Li, and Dan Posner took part. The chapter is also in the final stages of planning for their annual Statistics in Practice panel. This year, the theme is “Statistics in New Media Technology,” and the panel will feature speakers from Facebook, Spotify, and Boston Children’s Hospital.
