November 2, 2026 Leave a Comment

James Wagner, University of Michigan

Submissions for topic-contributed sessions for the 2027 Joint Statistical Meetings, which will be held August 8–12 in Chicago, Illinois, will be accepted from November 17 to December 10. The theme for JSM 2027 is “People Powered. Science Driven. Future Ready.”

Survey Research Methods Section members submitting a topic-contributed session proposal who want to have SRMS as the sponsoring section must select SRMS at the time of submission. Each topic-contributed session proposal should have five presenters, including the discussant. For instance, the session can have five papers, four papers, and one discussant or (rarely) three papers and two discussants.
