The Midwest Biopharmaceutical Statistics Workshop (MBSW) will be hosted by Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, from May 21–23 for the 35th consecutive year. MBSW was created to meet the needs of U.S. pharmaceutical industry statisticians in the Midwest, but continues to welcome attendees from across the country and around the world.

Writing Workshop at JSM for Junior Researchers
The National Institute of Statistical Science (NISS) and the ASA are offering a free writing workshop for junior researchers at this year’s Joint Statistical Meetings in Vancouver. It is designed for researchers with a recent PhD (in the past three years) in either statistics or biostatistics, and they will receive top priority when registering.
Workshop Rallies Statisticians for 13th Year
The 13th annual FDA/Industry Statistics workshop is scheduled for September 23–25 at the Capital Hilton in Washington, DC. More than 600 statisticians from academia, industry, and government will gather for lively talks about topics of interest to all. The workshop will feature a day of short courses followed by two days of plenary and concurrent presentations, as well as luncheon discussions on a variety of topics.
