William G. Hunter Award Deadline Nears
June 30 is the application deadline for the William G. Hunter Award, which is sponsored by the Statistics Division of the American Society for Quality.
Awards and Deadlines for May 2016
The American Society for Quality Statistics Division is accepting nominations for its 2016 William G. Hunter Award. Also, the department of biostatistics and school of public health at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) are requesting nominations for the 14th annual Janet L. Norwood Award for Outstanding Achievement by a Woman in the Statistical Sciences.
Ellis R. Ott Scholarship
The Statistics Division of the American Society for Quality is offering $7,500 scholarships to support students enrolled in or accepted into a master’s degree or higher program with a concentration in applied statistics and/or quality management.
